I was searching for information on <A HREF="http://www.florida-estates.net" REL="nofollow">real estate Gainesville Florida</A> and came across your post this post - not quite what I was looking for related to real estate Gainesville Florida but very interesting all the same!<BR/><BR/>Well, it's a new year - in fact it's almost the Chinese New Year. I'm still putting together the latest property portfolios for Hernando County, Florida. This year the budget allows us to purchase a few more nice looking lots on the waterfront - great investment! But we're still juggling the numbers to come up with a sensible forecast - what with the Katrina aftermath and all.
