Ellicottville Pale Ale

EBC, otherwise known as Ellicottville Brewing Company, located in none other than Ellicottville, NY. If you've never been, you should find time during a weekend and go check it out. Very cool town.

Anyways, the brew. Very tasty indeed. Pale ale, so lighter than others, semi-dark gold color, good pour, medium head. leaves slight laces down the glass as you drink.
This Ale is pretty good, hint of hops involved, and well balanced. makes a great summer brew.
EBC offers up a pretty good selection of brews and are all worth trying.

Unsure of the ABV, but it's probably between 5 and 6%. Not overbearing.
Pick some up and enjoy!
